Onsite Equipment Clause Samples

The Onsite Equipment clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use, provision, and maintenance of equipment located at a project or work site. It typically specifies which party is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment, outlines requirements for proper operation and upkeep, and may address issues such as liability for damage or loss. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding equipment, thereby minimizing disputes and clarifying responsibility for equipment-related issues during the course of the project.
