At a future time, Xenogen may provide online support such as authenticated access to the Xenogen support website (located at http:/ /▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/) that provides software downloads, technical documentation, field bulletins, FAQs, knowledge base, and Customer’s ability to submit and track SRs, etc. Xenogen will notify Customer of its availability. Xenogen may use email alerts and field bulletins, as two forms of proactive communication tools, to notify Customer of useful and possibly critical information about Xenogen products.
