Online Booking. If you enter into a Transaction online, the Transaction will be legally binding on you as soon as we receive your electronic Instructions. We will provide you with confirmation of the Transaction Details on the screen at the time you book the Transaction, but we will not provide you with any subsequent confirmation of any kind unless you request it.

Online Booking. By using our online booking you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions. The person making the Booking will be the registered Guest. However, all Guests staying at the Property will be required to register upon check-in. You consent to providing your personal data and acknowledge that if you do not consent, we may not be able to provide some or all of the services. For more information regarding personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You agree that all information you provide to us will be true, accurate, current and complete. You agree that you are responsible for all information that you submit to us, and you acknowledge that if we believe that the information provided to us by you is false, inaccurate or misleading, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Website and our Services.
Online Booking. 4.1. When we confirm a reservation we do not require reconfirmation from you. Should the booking not be required it is your responsibility to cancel the booking with us on line, or by email if the booking was sent to us by email. All amendments (to reduce the number of rooms booked or to shorten the stay) and/or cancellations must have been sent to us by email before cancellation deadlines.

Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the required deposit paid under Clause 2.4 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (if any) to the Assignee bank.
