Common use of Ongoing Improvements Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Improvements. It is understood and agreed that the City may from time to time elect to alter, improve or remodel portions of the Airports and further develop or improve the Airport and all landing areas and taxiways as it may see fit, regardless of the desires or views of the Concessionaire and without interference or hindrance. City shall endeavor to give Concessionaire as much notice as possible of any planned capital improvements. Concessionaire agrees that any temporary inconvenience resulting from any such work by the City or its contractors and agents shall not be grounds for reduction of any sum or charge otherwise payable by Concessionaire if the same shall not unreasonably interfere with Concessionaire’s Airport Valet Service.
