Ongoing Data Requirements. Within one (1) month, the School Board shall provide all updates to Participating Employee data to the Trust Administrative Agent in an HIRS file containing all the employment information in an electronic format compatible with the Administrative Agent’s systems. The required information and format of the data may be subject to change from time to time in accordance with Article 7.4 of the Agreement.
