Ongoing Communication. i. Quebec agrees to respond diligently to ad hoc information requests from Canada on the progress of the projects and activities, as defined in section 4. ii. Quebec will promptly notify Canada of any major events that may affect the timetables or cash flow requirements of the projects and activities.
