Common use of Ongoing Communication Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Communication. The Property Owner or Property Management Company shall communicate tenancy issues of Program Qualified Tenants to DHHS staff in a timely manner to keep DHHS aware of tenancy issues and provide the opportunity for intervention to preserve tenancies. The Property Owner and Property Management Company shall notify DHHS and NCHFA staff by email of the names and contact information of Property Management Company staff working with the Targeting Program at the property as staff turn-over occurs and provide timely updates in RCRS.
