Common use of One-Time Transfers Clause in Contracts

One-Time Transfers. If you make a one-time funds transfer to your share/deposit account on a business day before 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, the transferred funds will be available immediately for branch and ATM withdrawals, point- of-sale transactions, and to pay ACH debits and checks received for processing that day. However, if you make the transfer after 5:30 p.m., or on a non-business day, the transfer will not be effective until the next business day.
