One Tender Per Tenderer. We are not submitting any other Tender(s) as an individual Tenderer, and we are not participating in any other Tender(s) a s a Joint Venture member or as a subcontractor, and meet the requirements of ITT4.3, other than alternative Tenders submitted in accordance with ITT14;

Further, we are not ineligible under Kenya's official regulations or pursuant to a decision of the United Nations Security Council;

One Tender Per Tenderer. Each Tenderer shall submit only one tender. If a Tenderer submits a tender in his own name and at the same time participates and submits a tender as a member of a consortium/joint venture, both tenderers will be disqualified. However, a propulsion system supplier can participate either as a member of any JV/Consortium bidding for this tender or as a sub- contractor to other tenderer (s).
One Tender Per Tenderer. Each Tenderer shall submit only one Tender for the work. A Tenderer who submits more than one Tender will cause dis-qualification of all the Tenders submitted by the Tenderer.
