Onboarding Exception. You acknowledge and agree that for the first seventy-five (75) days following the commencement date of a SOW, the Response Time commitments described in this Agreement will not apply to RSI, it being understood that there may be unanticipated downtime or delays due to RSI’s initial startup activities with you (the “Onboarding Exception”).
