On-Screen Logos. It is understood and agreed that DIRECTV may superimpose a logo or "bug" in a corner of the screen identifying DIRECTV over the programming of the Services; provided however that DIRECTV's bug shall appear only intermittently during any portion of the Services, and provided further that DIRECTV shall not delete the Service's own promotion bug or its on-screen graphics.
