Patent Markings. Licensee agrees that all Licensed Products Sold by Licensee, Affiliates, and Sublicensees will be marked in accordance with each country’s patent marking laws, including Title 35, U.S. Code, in the United States.
Patent Markings. Licensee agrees to xxxx all Products made, used or sold under the terms of this Agreement, or their containers, in accordance with applicable patent marking laws.
Patent Markings. To the extent reasonably practical, Licensee agrees to xxxx, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Affiliates, licensees, and sublicensees xxxx, all Licensed Products with the number of any applicable patent(s) licensed hereunder as part of the Patent Rights in accordance with each country’s patent marking laws, including Title 35, U.S. Code, or if such marking is not practicable, shall so xxxx the accompanying outer box or product insert for Licensed Products accordingly.
Patent Markings. The Licensee shall ensure that each Licensed Product manufactured and/or sold in the United States shall bear patent markings that meet all applicable requirements of 35 U.S.C. §287, as amended from time to time. All Licensed Products manufactured and/or sold outside of the United States shall be marked in such a manner as to conform to the Applicable Law of such country/jurisdiction.
Patent Markings. Sublicensee agrees to xxxx all Products made, used or sold under the terms of this Agreement, or their containers, in accordance with applicable patent marking laws.
Patent Markings. LICENSEE agrees to affix to the exterior or the interior of the transceiver unit of each Subscriber Unit and the package containing such Subscriber Unit a legible notice reading: “Licensed by XXXXXXXX Xxxxxxxxxxxx under one or more of the following Patents,” followed by a list of applicable patent numbers taken from the list of QUALCOMM’s patents or as may otherwise be instructed by QUALCOMM.

To the extent it is commercially reasonable to do so, Ethicon agrees (a) to mark xxx Products sold in the United States with all applicable United States patent numbers and/or trademarks, and (b) to mark xxx Products shipped to or sold in other countries in such a manner as to conform with the patent and trademark laws and practices of the country of manufacture or sale.
Patent Markings. Licensee, pursuant to the direction of the Licensor, shall ensure proper patent marking for all uses of the Licensed Technology as may be permitted or required under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a) or other applicable law or regulation, such as by actual or virtual marking of appropriate patent, publication or serial numbers, or other identifying information, on any Licensed Products.

To the extent it is commercially reasonable to do so, Ethicon agrees (a) to mark xxx Drug Delivery System sold in the United States with all applicable United States patent numbers and/or trademarks, and (b) to mark xxx Drug Delivery System shipped to or sold in other countries in such a manner as to conform with the patent and trademark laws and practices of the country of manufacture or sale.
Patent Markings. Licensee shall comply with all applicable Canadian, United States and other foreign statutes relating to the marking of Licensed Product(s) and/or related packaging with patent pending, patent number(s), copyrights, or other intellectual property notices and legends required to maintain the intellectual property rights licensed under this Agreement.
