on Saturdays. Landlord shall provide the aforesaid services at other times, at Tenant's expense, provided Tenant gives Landlord notice by 1:00 p.m. on weekdays for after-hour service on the next weekday, by 1:00 p.m. the day before a holiday for service on a holiday, and by 1:00 p.m. on Friday for after-hour service on Saturday or service on Sunday. Such after-hour, holiday or special weekend service shall be charged to Tenant at rates to be calculated by Landlord based on Landlord's costs, which rates shall be given to Tenant on request.
