On-Going Plan Administration. Xxxx Foods may from time to time establish reasonable administrative guidelines or procedures to be followed by the appropriate members of the WhiteWave Group to facilitate the operation of any Xxxx Food Plan under which there are continuing obligations to WhiteWave Employees or Former WhiteWave Employees following the Distribution Date.
