Okta’s Obligations Clause Samples

The "Okta’s Obligations" clause defines the specific duties and responsibilities that Okta, as a service provider, must fulfill under the agreement. This typically includes delivering its identity management services as described, maintaining system security, ensuring service availability, and providing customer support. For example, Okta may be required to meet certain uptime commitments or respond to support requests within a set timeframe. The core function of this clause is to clearly outline what customers can expect from Okta, thereby ensuring accountability and setting measurable standards for service delivery.
