OISC: Transitional Services Division. 1. The parties agree to a flexible work schedule for employees at the discretion of the management. A flexible work schedule is defined as a schedule which may vary the number of hours worked on a daily basis and the sequencing of these hours, but does not exceed forty (40) hours in a workweek as defined in Article 25 Section 1 of the Agreement. 2. Overtime shall be defined as time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek. The parties also expressly agree that this specific provision shall supersede the overtime pay provisions contained in Article 15, Section 2 Sentence 1 of the Agreement.
