Common use of Offshore Services Clause in Contracts

Offshore Services. You agree that Hitachi may subcontract the performance of Services under this Agreement to employees and other resources outside Hong Kong on a remote basis.

Offshore Services. You agree that Hitachi may subcontract the performance of Services under this Agreement to employees and other resources outside Hong Kong New Zealand on a remote basis.

Offshore Services. You agree that Hitachi may subcontract the performance of Services under this Agreement to employees and other resources outside Hong Kong Singapore on a remote basis.
