Common use of Offshore Services Clause in Contracts

Offshore Services. You agree that Hitachi may subcontract the performance of Services under this Agreement to employees and other resources outside the European Union on a remote basis.

Offshore Services. You agree that Hitachi may subcontract the performance of Services under this Agreement to employees and other resources outside the European Union Economic Area on a remote basis.

Offshore Services. You agree that Hitachi may subcontract the performance of Services under this Agreement to employees and other resources outside the European Union United Kingdom on a remote basis.

Offshore Services. You agree that Hitachi may subcontract the performance of Services under this Agreement to employees and other resources outside Belgium and the European Union EU on a remote basis.
