Office Identification. Subject to Section 5.1.3, install at Tenant's expenses and if Landlord shall provide and install, requested, letters or numerals on entry doors to the Premises to identify Tenant's official name and Building address; all such letters and numerals to be in the Building standard graphics. All such letters and numerals shall be in the Building standard graphics and no other signs shall be used or permitted on the exterior of the Premises. Tenant's exterior sign rights shall be subject to the groundlessor's consent and compliance with applicable legal requirements. Subject to Landlord's reasonable approval, Tenant shall also have the right to install as sign bearing Tenant's name on the side of the Building of a size and design and in a location that shall comply with all applicable laws.

Tenant shall, subject to any applicable governmental approvals and subject to Landlord's design approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned), be entitled to a sign to be fixed to the exterior of the Building and additional signs to be placed on the Land, provided that such signs are consistent with the standards applicable to other comparable developments on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road, Westford. Such exterior sign shall be installed and maintained by Landlord at Tenant's expense. As of the Area A Commencement Date, Tenant shall have the right to name the Building, subject to Landlord's reasonable approval.
