Common use of Office and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Office and Facilities. During the term of Executive's employment under this Agreement, the Company shall furnish Executive with office space, at least equivalent in size, quality, furnishings and in other respects to the office space provided as of the date of this Agreement, and part-time secretarial service, together with such other reasonable facilities and services as are suitable, necessary and appropriate.
