Common use of OFFER ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

OFFER ACCEPTANCE. 34.1. In as much as this Agreement may be signed by either the Seller or the Purchaser when presented to the other of them, it shall constitute an offer made by the signing party (the "Offeror") which offer shall not be capable of being withdrawn for a period of 5 (five) days from the date of the Offeror's signature.
