Off-Site Storage. Contractor’s off-site storage must be located within the Purchaser’s city limits or the western half of the Havana rail yard just north of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and east of Havana. Storage site shall be made readily available to Purchaser’s crews and be provided with continuous power to the Purchaser’s pumping facility to operate its lighting, heating, and pumping system. The cost for power and readiness shall be included in the unit cost of the snow and ice control products provided.
