Off-Campus Duties Clause Samples

The Off-Campus Duties clause defines the terms under which an employee or contractor may be required to perform work outside of the primary workplace, such as at client sites or other designated locations. It typically outlines expectations regarding travel, reimbursement of expenses, and adherence to company policies while off-site. Off-Campus Duties. 16.4.1 The University may be required from time to time to assign to faculty members/instructors the teaching of courses off campus. The University agrees that before making such assignment, it will attempt to obtain the maximum degree of cooperation and agreement of the staff involved. 16.4.2 Where a Member has duties at more than one geographic location, the University shall reimburse the Member for any additional travel expense incurred in travelling between these locations in accordance with the Travel Expense Policy.
Off-Campus Duties. Members of the bargaining unit who are regularly assigned to perform duties off campus, and travel in their personal automobile, shall be reimbursed at the rate currently in effect under the University travel regulations, by processing a travel voucher in accordance with University travel regulations.
Off-Campus Duties. Members of the bargaining unit who are regularly assigned to perform bargaining unit duties off campus, which includes a location other than the bargaining unit member’s primary work location (as defined in Article 13), and travel in their personal automobile, shall be reimbursed according to the approved travel policies in the official YSU travel policy and guidelines.
