OF YOUR AGREEMENT. Your Agreement Under this Agreement, we are agreeing to provide you with credit. This means that you must not overpay us so that we owe you money. We call this having a credit balance. If you have a credit balance, we may contact you to arrange for repayment. This is not a payment account for the purposes of the Payment Accounts Regulations 2015. You can request a further copy of this Agreement free of charge at any time during the term of the Agreement.
