Common use of Of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Of Tenant. Landlord shall indemnify and hold harmless Tenant and Tenant's Agents against and from any and all claims, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, causes of action and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to the Project and arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or Landlord's Agents, and any action or proceeding brought on account of such claims. If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant by reason of any such claim, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord shall defend the same at Landlord's expense by counsel reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. The obligations of Landlord under this Paragraph 16 shall survive any termination of this Lease.

Of Tenant. Landlord shall indemnify and hold harmless Tenant and Tenant's Agents against and from any and all claims, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, causes of action and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to the Project and arising from (1) the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or Landlord's Agentsfrom any breach or default in the terms of this Lease by Tenant, and (2) any action or proceeding brought on account of such claimsany matter in item (1). If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant by reason of any such claim, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord shall defend the same at Landlord's expense by counsel reasonably satisfactory to LandlordTenant. The obligations of Landlord under this Paragraph 16 16(b) shall survive any termination of this Lease.

If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant by reason of any such claim, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord shall defend the same at LandlordTenant's expense by counsel reasonably satisfactory to LandlordTenant. The obligations of Landlord under this Paragraph 16 shall survive any termination of this Lease.
