Common use of OCN Clause in Contracts

OCN. If ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ needs to change its OCN(s) under which it operates when ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has already been conducting business utilizing those OCN(s), ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall bear all costs incurred by BellSouth to convert ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the new OCN(s). OCN conversion charges include all time required to make system updates to all of ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ End User customer records and will be handled by the BFR/NBR process.
