OCN. If DTM needs to change its OCN(s) under which it operates when DTM has already been conducting business utilizing those OCN(s), DTM shall bear all costs incurred by BellSouth to convert DTM to the new OCN(s). OCN conversion charges include all time required to make system updates to all of DTM’s End User customer records and will be handled by the BFR/NBR process.

OCN. Why is collaboration so important?
OCN. You say the U of S has been sheltered. Do you think that will always be the case? BF: We don’t know the future but my hope is that we’ll continue to be exposed to moderate demands and expectations from the external public. What’s also nice about that is that when the pace of change is a little bit more moderate, we are in a position to be more deliberate and take our time to think about things. There are things we do under financial pressure but there are things we can also take the time to think about and do right.

If Telstar Prepaid needs to change its OCN(s) under which it operates when Telstar Prepaid has already been conducting business utilizing those OCN(s), Telstar Prepaid shall bear all costs incurred by BellSouth to convert Telstar Prepaid to the new OCN(s). OCN conversion charges include all time required to make system updates to all of Telstar Prepaid’s End User customer records and will be handled by the BFR/NBR process.

If BudgeTel needs to change its OCN(s) under which it operates when BudgeTel has already been conducting business utilizing those OCN(s), BudgeTel shall bear all costs incurred by BellSouth to convert BudgeTel to the new OCN(s). OCN conversion charges include all time required to make system updates to all of BudgeTel’s End User customer records and will be handled by the BFR/NBR process.

If C & M Total Communications needs to change its OCN(s) under which it operates when C & M Total Communications has already been conducting business utilizing those OCN(s), C & M Total Communications shall bear all costs incurred by BellSouth to convert C & M Total Communications to the new OCN(s). OCN conversion charges include all time required to make system updates to all of C & M Total Communications’s End User customer records and will be handled by the BFR/NBR process.

If AllSouth Phone needs to change its OCN(s) under which it operates when AllSouth Phone has already been conducting business utilizing those OCN(s), AllSouth Phone shall bear all costs incurred by BellSouth to convert AllSouth Phone to the new OCN(s). OCN conversion charges include all time required to make system updates to all of AllSouth Phone’s End User customer records and will be handled by the BFR/NBR process.
