Occupational. This Agreement shall cover all phases of cement construction, masonry and finishing’s as more fully described in Article II, Section I of this Agreement. The work covered by this Agreement shall be performed only by Cement ▇▇▇▇▇ employees and shall not be performed by EMPLOYERS or any member of a firm of EMPLOYERS.
