Occupancy Limits. The maximum occupancy of the Housing Units in the Project shall not exceed more than such number of persons as is equal to two persons per bedroom, plus one. Thus, for the one (1) bedroom Housing Units, the maximum occupancy shall not exceed three (3) persons. For the two (2) bedroom Housing Units, the maximum occupancy shall not exceed five (5) persons.
