DISHONORED CHECK. If an insured´s check is returned because of insufficient funds to pay it, AFCO may impose a charge of $10.
DISHONORED CHECK. A check returned for any reason will result in a $40.00 processing fee and may result in the loss of the early payment discount.
DISHONORED CHECK. If an insured's check is dishonored for any reason and if permitted by law, the insured will pay to AFCO a fee for expenses in processing that check not to exceed the amount permitted by law.
DISHONORED CHECK. As a convenience to resident(s) the owner is willing to accept personal checks in payment of any obligation hereunder. Only by written authorization of owner or owner/landlord in paragraph 8 below. However, in the event any check tendered to the owner is dishonored by the bank, then all future rent payments are to be made in cash, certified check or money order. In addition, there will be a service charge of $75.00 for each dishonored check.
DISHONORED CHECK. A fee of up to $15.00 may be imposed if payment is made with a check that is dishonored on the second presentment.
DISHONORED CHECK. A check returned for any reason shall result in a Thirty Five Dollar ($35.00) processing fee being charged to the lessee for cost and inconvenience of handling said check. A check returned for any reason may result in the loss of the discount for pre-payment under section 2 above.
DISHONORED CHECK. If Tenant presents a Dishonored Check to Landlord, in addition to any late charges and interest Tenant shall pay to Landlord a fee in the amount of $20.00 (or the amount charged by local banks for dishonored checks, whichever is greater) for each instance. If Tenant presents more than two Dishonored Checks to Landlord during the Term, Landlord may require Tenant to make future Rent payments by certified or cashier’s check.
DISHONORED CHECK. In the event the Security Deposit is paid by check and such cheek is not honored by the bank the first time it is presented for payment, IOC may, at its sole discretion, declare this License to be void ab initio and the Client agrees to be responsible l.Por any and all damages incurred by IOC.
DISHONORED CHECK. If any check payable to The Wellness Center at DeKalb Medical is dishonored it will be assessed a $30 charge for each occurrence, and collect the current and past-due balance in any subsequent month.
DISHONORED CHECK. If any check, draft or other instrument delivered by Tenant to Landlord in payment of any rent or other charges payable under this lease shall be dishonored by the bank or other institution upon which such check, draft or other instrument was drawn, then unless Tenant can provide evidence satisfactory to Landlord that such check, draft or other instrument was improperly or mistakenly dishonored, all payments of rent or other charges payable by Tenant to Landlord under this lease shall thereafter be made by certified or bank check made payable directly to Landlord without any intervening endorsement.
