Obligations Relating to Ancillary Services. 4.6.1 Submission of Bids and Self-provided Schedules. When the Scheduling Coordinator on behalf of the Participating Load submits a bid or self-provided schedule for Ancillary Services, the Participating Load will, by the operation of this Section 4.6.1, warrant to the ISO that it has the capability to provide that service in accordance with the ISO Tariff and that it will comply with ISO Dispatch instructions for the provision of the service in accordance with the ISO Tariff.
