Obligations on Successor Employers. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto. No provisions, terms or obligations herein contained shall be affected, modified, altered or changed in any respect whatsoever by the consolidation, merger, sale, transfer or assignment of the Employer’s interest, or any part thereof, in any establishment covered by this Agreement.
