OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER AFTER COMPLETION. 15.1. The Seller undertakes to pass to the Buyer forthwith upon receipt any orders or enquiries in relation to the Business which it may receive at any time after Completion and further undertakes that it will not enter into or attempt to enter into any contract in respect of any such order and enquiry and the Seller acknowledges that it has no right or authority express or implied to act in the name of or on behalf of the Buyer in respect thereto.
