Common use of OBLIGATIONS OF THE INVESTOR Clause in Contracts

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INVESTOR. (a) At least five Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of each Registration Statement, the Company shall notify the Investor in writing of the information the Company reasonably requires from the Investor in connection with any registration statement hereunder. The Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities held by it as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Registrable Securities and shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably request.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INVESTOR. (a) At least five (5) Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of each Registration StatementStatement (or such shorter period to which the parties agree), the Company shall notify the Investor in writing of the information the Company reasonably requires from the Investor in connection with any registration statement hereunder. The respect to such Registration Statement, and the Investor shall (i) promptly furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it and the intended method of disposition of the such Registrable Securities held by it Securities, as shall be reasonably required to effect and maintain the effectiveness of the registration of such Registrable Securities and shall (ii) promptly execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably request.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INVESTOR. (a) At least five Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of each Registration Statement, the Company shall notify the Investor in writing of the information the Company reasonably requires from the Investor in connection with any registration statement hereunder. The Investor shall furnish in writing to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities held by it it, as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Registrable Securities Securities, and shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably request. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of any Registration Statement, the Company shall notify the Investor of the information the Company requires from the Investor. The Investor shall provide such information to the Company at least two (2) Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of such Registration Statement.

At least five (5) Business Days prior to the anticipated filing date of any Registration Statement, the Company shall notify the Investor of the information the Company requires from the Investor. The Investor shall provide such information to the Company at least two (2) Business Days prior to the anticipated filing date of such Registration Statement.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INVESTOR. (a) At least five Business Days (5) calendar days prior to the first anticipated filing date of each the Registration Statement, Statement the Company shall notify the Investor in writing of the information the Company reasonably requires from the Investor in connection for the Registration Statement. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with any registration statement hereunder. The respect to the Registrable Securities and the Investor shall agrees to furnish to the Company such that information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities held by it as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Registrable Securities and shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably request.method

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INVESTOR. (a) At least five 10 Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of each a Registration StatementStatement for any registration under this Agreement, the Company shall will notify the Investor in writing of the information the Company reasonably requires from the Investor Investor, if any, which shall be completed and delivered to the Company promptly upon request and, in connection with any registration statement hereunderevent, within 3 Business Days prior to the applicable anticipated filing date. The Investor shall furnish acknowledges and agrees that the information described in this Section 5(a) will be used by the Company in the preparation of the Registration Statement and hereby consents to the Company inclusion of such information regarding itself, in the Registrable Securities held by it and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities held by it as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Registrable Securities and shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably requestRegistration Statement.

The Investor shall provide such information to the Company at least five (5) Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of such Registration Statement if the Investor elects to have any of the Registrable Securities included in the Registration Statement.

At least fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of any Registration Statement, the Company shall notify the Investor of the information the Company requires from the Investor with respect thereto. The Investor shall provide such information to the Company at least five (5) Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of such Registration Statement.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INVESTOR. (a) At least five Business Days prior The Investor will promptly furnish in writing to the first anticipated filing date of each Registration Statement, the Company shall notify the Investor in writing of the information the Company reasonably requires from the Investor in connection with any registration statement hereunder. The Investor shall furnish to the Company Corporation such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it itself and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities Shares held by it it, as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Registrable Securities Shares and shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company Corporation may reasonably request. At least seven (7) business days prior to the first anticipated filing date of the Registration Statement, the Corporation shall notify the Investor of the information the Corporation requires from the Investor. The Investor shall provide such information to the Corporation at least three (3) business days prior to the first anticipated filing date of the Registration Statement.
