Common use of Obligations of the Holders Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Holders. (a) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 1.02 that the selling Holders furnish to the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities held by them, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as is required to timely effect the registration of their Registrable Securities.

Obligations of the Holders. (a1) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section 1.02 2 with respect to the Registrable Securities of any selling Holder that the selling Holders such Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselvesitself, the Registrable Securities held by themit, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as is shall be required in order to timely effect comply with any applicable law or regulation in connection with the registration of their such Holder’s Registrable SecuritiesSecurities or any qualification or compliance with respect to such Holder’s Registrable Securities and referred to in this Agreement.

(a) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 1.02 2.1 or Section 2.2 that the selling Holders Seller shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselvesitself, the Registrable Securities held by themit, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as is shall be required to timely effect the registration of their the Registrable Securities.

(ai) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 1.02 2 or 3 with respect to the Registrable Securities of any selling Holder that the selling Holders such Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselvesitself, the Registrable Securities held by themit, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as is shall be required to timely effect the registration of their such Holder’s Registrable Securities.

Obligations of the Holders. (ai) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations obligation of the Company to take effect any action Registration pursuant to Section 1.02 this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Holder that the selling Holders such Holder furnish to the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities held by them, such Holder and the intended method of disposition of distribution proposed by such securities Holder as is the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required to timely effect the registration of their Registrable Securitiesin connection with any such Registration.

(a) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 1.02 this Article VII with respect to the Registrable Securities of any selling Holder that the selling Holders such Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselvesitself, the Registrable Securities held by themit, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as is shall be reasonably required to timely effect the registration of their such Holder’s Registrable Securities.
