Common use of Obligations of the Custodian Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Custodian. (a) The Custodian shall maintain continuous custody of all Contract Files and other items related thereto delivered to the Custodian in accordance with the terms hereof in secure facilities in accordance with customary standards for such custody and shall reflect in its records the security interest of the Secured Parties therein. Each Contract File which comes into the possession of the Custodian shall be maintained in fire-resistant vaults or cabinets at the office of the Custodian. Each Contract File shall be marked with an appropriate identifying label and maintained in such manner so as to permit retrieval and access by the Custodian and the Administrative Agent. The Custodian shall segregate the Contract Files in its inventory system and will not commingle the Contract Files with any other files of the Custodian held for any other Person.
