Common use of Obligations of the Centre Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Centre. and the Beneficiary The Centre and the Beneficiary shall fulfill the following obligations: • Provide the Consultant with background documents and information relevant to the assignment that are readily available and readily accessible. • Issue the relevant Introductory Letters and facilitate contact with the relevant stakeholders, as necessary. • Organize conference call meetings with the consultant to address any questions or concerns and to receive updates about progress made on the data management system. • Provide necessary timely logistical support for the successful completion of the activities detailed in these Terms of Reference 4.

Provide the Consultant with background any relevant documents and information relevant to the assignment requested that are readily available and readily accessibleaccessible in such time as may be reasonable having regard to the time and nature of any such request. • Issue ii. Organize meetings between the relevant Introductory Letters Consultant and facilitate contact with the relevant stakeholders, as necessary. • Organize conference call meetings with the consultant project core team to address any questions or concerns and to receive updates about the progress made pursuant to the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract. iii. Provide consolidated feedback on the data management systemConsultant’s deliverables within five (5) working days of submission. • Provide necessary timely logistical support for the successful completion of the activities detailed in these Terms of Reference 4.
