Obligations of any Other Person. The Credit Parties will not assume or guarantee any of the liabilities of any of their Affiliates or any other Person, and not hold out their respective credit or assets as being available to satisfy the obligations of any of their Affiliates or any other Person, except in each case, as contemplated by the Transaction Documents.
