A copy of the Charter of the Company is on file with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and notice is hereby given that this Agreement is executed on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Company as the Board of Trustees, and that the obligations of this Agreement are not binding upon any of the Board of Trustees, officers, or shareholders of the Company individually but binding only upon the assets and property of the Fund.
