Common use of Objectives and Scope Clause in Contracts

Objectives and Scope. 1. This Treaty aims to ensure that a higher education qualification issued in accordance with the legislation of one of the Parties, belonging to its higher education system and referenced to the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning (hereinafter referred to as “the EQF”), is automatically recognised at the same level of the corresponding higher education qualifications issued by all the other Parties.
