Common use of Objective 2 Clause in Contracts

Objective 2. CONTRACTOR shall obtain from eighty percent (80%) of Participants, the completed CESI within thirty (30) calendar days of admission, and the CEST shall be completed at mid-point and at completion for those Participants receiving at a minimum forty-five (45) calendar days of treatment.
