OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS. The College reserves the right to eject from the Facility any person or persons whose behavior is deemed objectionable and neither the College nor its employees shall be liable to User for any damages that may be sustained through the exercise of such right.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS. The College reserves the right to eject or cause to be ejected from the Facility Facilities and College grounds any objectionable person or persons whose behavior is deemed objectionable persons; and neither the College nor any of its employees trustees, officers, agents, or representatives shall be liable to User Sponsor for any damages that may be sustained by Sponsor through the exercise by the College of such right, provided such right is exercised in a reasonable and lawful manner.
