Common use of OBF Compliance Clause in Contracts

OBF Compliance. 3.2.1.1 U S WEST and AT&T shall generally follow the OBF- developed ordering and provisioning process guidelines. These processes include, but are not limited to, pre-order service inquiry, pre-order service inquiry response, firm order, acknowledgment/rejection, firm order confirmation, delay notification, and completion notification. U S WEST agrees to work cooperatively to generally comply with future OBF developed guidelines.
