OBF Compliance Clause Samples
The OBF Compliance clause requires parties to adhere to the standards, rules, or regulations set by the Open Banking Framework (OBF). In practice, this means that any data sharing, technical integrations, or financial transactions conducted under the agreement must comply with OBF protocols, such as security requirements and data privacy measures. This clause ensures that all parties operate within a recognized regulatory framework, reducing legal and operational risks associated with non-compliance and promoting trust in open banking activities.
OBF Compliance. 2.1.1 Subject to Attachment 14 of the Agreement and in accordance with OBF standards, BA and AT&T shall generally follow the OBF-developed ordering and provisioning process standards. These include pre-order service inquiry, pre-order service inquiry response, firm order acknowledgment/rejection, firm order confirmation, and those to be developed for delay notification, completion notification and the like. Each Party agrees to work cooperatively to implement future relevant OBF-developed processes related to ordering and provisioning.

U S WEST agrees to work cooperatively to generally comply with future OBF developed guidelines.
