Common use of Numerosity Clause in Contracts

Numerosity. The potential number of persons in the Class is so numerous that joinder of all members would be unfeasible and impractical. The disposition of their claims through this class action will benefit both parties and this Court. The number of persons in this Class is unknown to Plaintiffs at this time; however, it is estimated that the number exceeds 40,000 individuals.
