After a Withdrawal is taken, the remaining Contract Value must be sufficient to cover any Withdrawal Charge remaining upon full surrender of the Contract. PENALTY-FREE WITHDRAWALS As of any day, You may make a withdrawal of up to the Penalty-Free Withdrawal amount for that day without incurring a Withdrawal Charge. Any Penalty-Free Withdrawal made in excess of penalty-free earnings in the Contract is considered to be a withdrawal of future penalty-free earnings and is therefore not a withdrawal of the Total Invested Amount. On any day, penalty-free earnings in the Contract are calculated as the Contract Value at the end of that day less the Total Invested Amount.   • Adjustment of Minimum Quarterly Distribution and Target Distribution Levels (a) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution, Third Target Distribution, Common Unit Arrearages and Cumulative Common Unit Arrearages shall be proportionately adjusted in the event of any distribution, combination or subdivision (whether effected by a distribution payable in Units or otherwise) of Units or other Partnership Securities in accordance with Section 5.10.
