Number of Election Workers. The parties agree that at all polling locations there will be a minimum of three election workers, consisting of the presiding judge, alternate judge, and one clerk.

Election Leave Employees shall be allowed four (4) consecutive hours off before the closing of polls in any federal, provincial election.
Pregnancy Leave Notice (a) A pregnant Nurse shall provide the Employer with at least four (4) weeks notice of the date the Nurse intends to begin pregnancy leave. Such notice and start date of the leave may be amended:
Examination Leave 35.3.1 Examination leave with pay shall be granted for an employee to write an examination for an accredited secondary school, technological institute or university subject, provided the course of study of the employee concerned can reasonably be construed by the Council as likely to increase the employee’s usefulness to the Council and is not an examination for a completely extraneous subject.
Maternity/Paternity/Adoption Leave An Employee who is expecting the birth or adoption of a child shall be entitled to maternity/paternity/adoption leave without pay, provided she presents a medical certificate confirming the probable date of confinement, or in the case of adoption, gives the Employer notice of eligibility. Except in extenuating circumstances, the notice shall be submitted in writing at least twenty-eight (28) days in advance of the leave and shall specify the probable date of commencement and the anticipated length of leave. Number of Stewards The Union may designate one (1), but no more than one (1), xxxxxxx on each shift for each of the Employer's principal work areas from among those employees who work therein.
Pregnancy/Birth Allowance (a) A Nurse entitled to pregnancy leave under the provisions of this Agreement, who provides the Employer with proof that she has applied for, and is eligible to receive employment insurance (E.I.) benefits pursuant to Section 22, Employment Insurance Act, S.C. 1996, c.23, shall be paid an allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Employment Benefit (S.E.B.).
Number of Guests The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Sub letting or assignation of the let is prohibited.
Graduation Leave It is understood that in the case of secondary or post secondary graduation of self or spouse, son or daughter, one day leave with pay shall be granted. Two (2) days leave with pay shall be granted where travel arrangements necessitate such absence from school.
Number of Leaves 12.5.4.1 Annually, an amount equal to 0.6% of the total expenditure listed in the official budget under Certificated Salaries, Monthly Teaching and Variable Teaching + $100,000 shall be budgeted for sabbatical leaves for the life of the contract.
Examination Leave With Pay At the Employer's discretion, examination leave with pay may be granted to an employee for the purpose of writing an examination which takes place during the employee's scheduled hours of work, where the course of study is directly related to the employee's duties or will improve his qualifications.
