Common use of Number of Advisors Clause in Contracts

Number of Advisors. The authorized number of Advisors shall be five (5) and the Board shall be designated as set forth in paragraphs (c) and (d) below. No Member may appoint any Advisor except as expressly set forth in paragraphs (c) and (d) below.
