Common use of NRE Clause in Contracts

NRE. Any equipment, tooling, component, material or other goods or property, which is purchased by Jabil in order to perform its obligations under this Agreement, shall become the property of Company once Jabil is reimbursed for all such NRE Costs. Jabil shall invoice Company for actual outstanding NRE Costs and other monies due at monthly intervals (or such other intervals as deemed appropriate) during the term of this Agreement and upon cancellation, termination or expiration of this Agreement. Jabil agrees to request advance written approval from Company should resource requirements, and thereby NRE Costs, increase materially relative to estimated NRE Costs initially agreed by the Parties. Upon such request, Jabil shall provide to Company reasonably detailed supporting documentation and/or descriptions of the NRE Costs for which Jabil seeks reimbursement.
