NPDES. Lessee shall comply with all applicable requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”) permit in force on the Effective Date of this Permit (i.e., Permit No. R9-2013-0001), and any and all amendments thereto and all applicable succeeding NPDES permits.
